The Vector VTR-18-001 cross beater mill is a robust, versatile size-reduction unit for coarse and fine grinding in batch or continuous operation — built for laboratories, pilot plants, and production prep lines that process medium-hard, brittle materials up to about Mohs hardness 6.
Cross beaters combine cutting, tearing, and high-speed impact against a perforated housing or screen, so fibrous feeds, organic residues, and elastic materials that resist jaw or compression mills still reduce predictably. Adjustable rotor speed, interchangeable screens or discharge grids, and an optional cyclone for improved discharge let you bias output toward coarse shredding or finer comminution without changing the fundamental rotor design.
