Overview
The Vector VTR-1012XL Hercules vibratory disc mill XL combines industrial-grade, high-torque grinding with user-friendly operation — fast, reliable comminution of minerals and brittle materials in geology, metallurgy, cement, and power-plant laboratories.
A high-torque motor handles heavy workloads without overheating, while an integrated pneumatic cell-loading arm enables safe, effortless placement and removal of 1,000 ml and 2,000 ml grinding cells. Each batch delivers consistent particle-size reduction to about 20–90 µm — the fineness range many XRF, fusion, and bulk QC routes expect from a single vibratory cycle.
Hercules XL suits mine-site labs, stockpile verification, and central plant QC where large representative splits must be pulverized per cycle without dividing one lot across many small runs. Vector configures cell size, grinding media, and pneumatic handling for your SOP and safety requirements.
