Cement & mortar
Prism and paste conditioning, interim storage before flexural or compressive tests, and method-aligned environmental holding.
Vector VTR-1034 climatic chamber — programmable temperature and relative humidity for sample conditioning, cement mortar storage, stability protocols, and general laboratory environmental testing.
Programmable temperature & RH · touchscreen HMI · EN 196 / ASTM C511 workflows
The Vector VTR-1034 Climatic Chamber maintains stable temperature and relative humidity for sample conditioning, mortar and concrete specimen storage, stability studies, and general laboratory environmental protocols — in one insulated cabinet with programmable control.
Unlike dedicated cement curing cabinets tuned only to moisture curing curves, the VTR-1034 is a flexible climatic room for laboratories that need repeatable RH and temperature profiles across building materials, aggregates, soils, coatings, and packaged goods testing.
A touchscreen HMI stores programmes, alarms, and cycle data so operators can match EN 196, ASTM C511-related conditioning practice, internal SOPs, and stability-chamber workflows on the same line as presses, Blaine, and sieving equipment.

Supports laboratory conditioning referenced to EN 196 mortar and cement specimen handling, ASTM C511 moisture-cabinet practice where climatic storage is required, and internal stability protocols. Supplied as CE-marked equipment with Vector support for programme setup and chamber mapping.

Controlled atmosphere storage for construction materials laboratories, QC bays, and R&D groups that need repeatable RH and temperature before or after mechanical testing.
Prism and paste conditioning, interim storage before flexural or compressive tests, and method-aligned environmental holding.
Specimen equilibration, shrinkage-related storage, and controlled exposure prior to strength or durability programmes.
Accelerated or long-term stability on powders, admixtures, and packaged materials under defined climate profiles.
Moisture conditioning of specimens before classification, compaction, or shear testing workflows.
Reference climate for instruments, reference materials, and multi-discipline sample prep beside curing cabinets and furnaces.
Stable climate control, visible chamber access, and traceable programmes for busy materials testing laboratories.
Programmable temperature and relative humidity setpoints with circulation for uniform conditions across the working volume.
Store profiles, limits, and alarms — reduce operator variation between shifts and audit cycles.
Corrosion-resistant lining with adjustable shelves for prisms, moulds, trays, and bulk samples.
Low heat and moisture loss on opening — faster recovery to setpoint after loading.
Documented runs support ISO 17025 traceability and internal QC review.
CE-marked unit for commercial testing, plant laboratories, and university research.

Samples are loaded on adjustable shelves inside an insulated cabinet. The control system drives heating, cooling, and humidification/dehumidification until temperature and RH stabilise at the programmed setpoints — holding specimens until the next test or storage interval.

The touchscreen HMI centralises setpoint entry, programme storage, alarms, and status indication. Operators define conditioning curves aligned with your referenced standard or internal SOP, then rely on consistent automatic regulation between manual checks.
