Cement & clinker
Loss on ignition on cement, clinker, and raw meal — fineness and chemistry programmes that require repeatable ignition temperatures.
Vector VTR-13-011 muffle furnace — high-temperature laboratory furnace for ashing, loss on ignition, and controlled heat treatment in cement, materials, and general QC workflows.
Ashing & LOI · programmable profiles · EN 196-2 / ASTM C114 workflows
The Vector VTR-13-011 Muffle Furnace delivers controlled high-temperature heating for laboratory ashing, loss on ignition (LOI), and repeatable heat-treatment cycles — in a compact bench or floor-standing unit suited to busy cement and materials laboratories.
A ceramic-lined muffle isolates the workload from direct flame exposure while programmable setpoints and soak times support cement clinker and raw meal analysis, aggregate ignition loss, and general sample preparation before XRF or chemical testing.
Vector configures the VTR-13-011 for workflows referenced to EN 196-2, ASTM C114, and internal SOPs — alongside Blaine, presses, and sieving on the same QC line.

Bench-friendly layout beside balances, mills, and sample prep on busy QC lines.
CE-marked unit for plant laboratories, commercial testing, and university research.

Crucibles and dishes are placed inside the ceramic-lined muffle. Heating elements raise chamber temperature to the programmed setpoint; soak time holds ignition or ashing temperature until the method endpoint — constant mass or defined duration — is reached.

The control interface centralises temperature entry, programme storage, and status indication. Operators recall typical ignition profiles, monitor approach to setpoint, and cool crucibles safely before weighing on the analytical balance.
