Cement & mortar QC
Washing glassware and apparatus, preparing solutions, and supporting Blaine, Vicat, and mortar workflows with on-site pure water.
Vector VTR-13-017 laboratory water distiller — on-site production of distilled water for cement testing, chemical analysis, and instrument feed in materials QC laboratories.
On-site distilled water · glass condenser · cement QC & analysis
The Vector VTR-13-017 Water Distiller produces laboratory-grade distilled water on site — replacing bottled supply for washing glassware, preparing solutions, and feeding analytical instruments on cement and materials QC benches.
Feed water is heated and condensed in a glass distillation path; distilled product collects in a storage reservoir for immediate use at the sink or bench. The VTR-13-017 suits plant and commercial laboratories that need a dependable pure-water source beside Blaine, Vicat, mortar, and general chemistry lines.
Vector configures the distiller for your daily consumption, collection layout, and internal SOPs — including maintenance intervals and traceable water quality practice aligned with ISO 17025 laboratories.

Distilled water at the laboratory — for cement and materials testing, chemical preparation, and instrument supply without relying on external bottled delivery.
Washing glassware and apparatus, preparing solutions, and supporting Blaine, Vicat, and mortar workflows with on-site pure water.
Reagent dilution, rinsing, and gravimetric or wet-chemistry steps that require low-conductivity wash water.
Supply for balances, mills, presses, and auxiliary equipment that specify distilled or deionised-quality feed water.
Continuous distilled-water availability for high-throughput site and commercial testing operations.
Reliable distillation, stored output, and a compact layout for everyday laboratory pure-water demand.
Generate distilled water in the laboratory — reduce dependence on external bottled supply and delivery delays.
Glass distillation and condenser assembly for clean collection of condensate into the storage tank.
Collected distilled water held ready for bench taps, washing stations, and prep sinks.
Sized for typical cement-laboratory daily consumption — washing, rinsing, and solution preparation.
Bench-top or wall-adjacent layout with feed-water connection and drain routing per site utilities.
CE-marked unit for plant QC, commercial testing houses, and university materials laboratories.

Mains feed water enters the boiling section; vapour rises through the glass condenser and collects as distilled water in the storage tank. Operators draw water for washing, rinsing, and solution prep without interrupting routine cement-laboratory workflows.

The storage tank holds distilled water ready at the outlet for glassware washing, reagent preparation, and instrument feed lines. Continuous operation supports busy QC shifts that would otherwise depend on stored bottled water.
