Vibratory Disc Mill

Vibratory Disc Mill - a full automatic touch-screen device designed for the grinding of fragile materials and minerals such as basalt, bauxite, concrete, chrome, vanadium, dolomite, ferromanganese, ferrovanadium, granite, coal, quartz, silicate, limestone, and slag.

This device features a special soundproofed safety cabin and is capable of breaking down products with a size of 12-15 mm, reducing them to a final size of 10-20 microns. It is designed for use with grinding sets of 100, 250, and 500 ml volumes.

The device cover is equipped with air shock absorbers, and a protective switch system ensures that the device automatically stops when the front cover is opened for any reason. The system can be easily started by setting the desired time and revolution values on the touch-screen, and the 10 set options on the touch-screen allow for easy customization of working times and cycle amounts.

The grinding cell is compressed with an air cushion at the top, providing stability during the grinding process and making it easy to disassemble and install. The device operates at 220 V 50 Hz and is suitable for the quick, loss-free, and reproducible grinding of medium-hard, brittle, and fibrous materials.

With its robust design, the Vibratory Disc Mill is ideal for use in the building materials sector, in geology, mineralogy, metallurgy, and power plants. Its high end fineness and speed make it the perfect choice for preparing samples for spectral analysis.
